Most yoga buyers don’t need a one-trick legging shop — they need a factory that can ship a coordinated drop: high-rise leggings paired with a longline bra, biker shorts that match the hoodie, a one-piece for the campaign hero. Our pattern desk grades and samples 500+ new yoga silhouettes every month and develops 5,000+ all-new patterns each year — an active catalog of 18,000+ silhouettes sits behind every brief. Below are the categories we’re shipping today — the per-category numbers are silhouettes already graded and ready to pull on day one.

Every roll, every cut bundle, every packed carton passes through the same six-stage testing protocol — performed in our own QC lab on the same floor as the line, not after the goods have already left the building.
Every incoming roll is inspected on a 4-point grading system. Rolls scoring above 20 points / 100 yd are rejected before cut.
4-point grading · ≤20 pts/100ydASTM D2594 stretch test plus 50 cycle recovery. Recovery must be ≥95% for legging fabric to clear into bulk.
ASTM D2594 · ≥95% recoveryAATCC 61 wash colorfastness, AATCC 8 crocking, AATCC 15 perspiration — minimum grade 4 across the matrix.
AATCC 61 / 8 / 15 · grade ≥4ISO 13935-2 seam-strength pull test plus Martindale pilling. Crotch and gusset seams pulled to failure on every batch.
ISO 13935-2 · Martindale pilling100% of finished garments pass an in-line needle detector. Any flagged piece is logged, isolated and re-inspected.
100% scan · Fe / non-Fe / SUSRandom ANSI / ASQ Z1.4 sampling at AQL 2.5 covers measurement, labeling, packaging and visual defects before sealing the carton.
ANSI Z1.4 · AQL 2.5Yoga doesn’t ask the same things from a fabric that running or cross-training does. It asks for stretch recovery at deep range of motion, shape retention under sweat, and skin contact that doesn’t bite or chafe over a 90-minute class. Our fabric library is curated against those three, not by “heavier means more premium.”
Different buyers care about different things. Brand owners want pattern differentiation, Shopify launches want sample speed and small first runs, studios want full-size grading and comfort, distributors want stable lead times and stock visibility. Our scheduling and service terms shift accordingly — below are the eight sourcing scenarios we run most often.
Every decoration method runs in our own rooms — we don’t outsource printing or embroidery to a sub-contractor across town. That keeps wash-durability QC on the same floor as the line, and trims days off the sample loop.

Continuous-feed press; full-piece pattern prints with Pantone match.
Best for full-piece prints
Plastisol / water-base inks for high-opacity logo blocks on cotton blends.
Best for logo placements
Fine-detail full-color print direct on the finished garment, low-MOQ-friendly.
Best for fine-detail art
Heat-press transfer for stretch fabrics where DTG can’t hit color saturation.
Best for stretch garments
For branded logos and reinforcement stitching at high-friction zones.
Best for logos & reinforcement
3D silicone branding for waistbands and side seams; durable, soft against skin.
Best for waistband marks
Raised rubber graphics for sportier, structural logo placements.
Best for raised logos
Sew-on or heat-press patches for retro, varsity, or capsule-collection looks.
Best for capsule brandingWe’re a yoga-only apparel manufacturer — not a generic sportswear shop that runs yoga between bigger orders. The pattern desk has only ever sewn yoga: leggings, sports bras, sets, hoodies, jumpsuits, all with squat-tested fits and fabric tuned for stretch recovery. The result: a sample in your hands in seven days, MOQs published openly per SKU, and the right silhouette for your collection — without us learning it on your dollar.
Our patternmakers cut, fit, squat-test, and re-cut until the seam doesn’t bite at depth. They’ve never had to borrow muscle memory from athleisure or shapewear — that’s the silent reason most third-party samples pill at month three.
Every product page lists the actual minimum — 50 leggings, 80 sports bras, 100 hoodies — not a hidden number behind an inquiry form. You can plan your launch budget before you talk to us, and we don’t pretend a 5,000-piece floor when it isn’t.
From tech-pack received to sample in your hands — cut on day one, sewn day two-three, squat-tested day four, QC’d day five, shipped day seven. Because every step is in our building, no part of the loop waits on a sub-contractor calendar.
Sublimation, screen, DTG, DTF, multi-head embroidery, silicone label, rubber print, and woven / printed patches — all run in our own rooms, not outsourced across the city. Wash-durability QC sits on the same floor as the line, so a failed transfer becomes a same-day fix.
Four base fabric families — 4-way stretch nylon-spandex, recycled polyester, buttery-soft brushed nylon, and light compression interlock — all on OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified rolls. Compliance docs (CPSC, GPSR, AB52) prep based on your declared markets.
QC sits on the same floor as the line — seam integrity, four-way stretch recovery, colorfastness, and labeling accuracy checked at AQL 2.5 before bagging. We don’t lean on a third-party inspection agency catching mistakes weeks after the line has moved on.

“Every brief lands on my desk first. If we’re not the right factory for what you’re building, I’ll tell you in the first email — not after you’ve paid the sample fee.”
The industry default says bigger factory = safer choice. We disagree. When yoga sits as a side-line in a shapewear or general-sportswear shop, fitting iterations get cut short and pattern judgment leans on athleisure muscle memory. The garment that pills at month three didn’t fail at the fabric — it failed at the pattern.
The same machinery that runs leggings can run shapewear, soccer jerseys, or general athleisure. What it can’t do is iterate the squat-test pattern that a yoga-only patternmaker grinds through five times before the seam stops biting at depth. That’s a pattern-desk discipline issue, not a machine issue.
1–2 cycles at general sportswear factories vs. 3–5 cycles at our yoga-only desk. The garment that pills at month three didn’t fail at the fabric — it failed at the pattern.

We’d rather show than tell. This is the actual building — the sewing floor that runs yoga only, the sublimation press, multi-head embroidery, and the QC desk that sits ten meters from the line. No stock footage, no marketing reel.
You don’t need a finished tech-pack to start. The most common path: pull a silhouette straight from our active catalog and put your label, hangtag, and packaging on it — sample in 3–5 days, no new pattern work. The other three formats below cover what to do once you outgrow rebadging or want fully custom design.
Pull a silhouette from the 18K+ active catalog, drop your label, hangtag, and packaging on it — ship it under your brand. No tech-pack, no pattern fee, no new sampling cycle. The fastest way to test a market or refresh a season.
You ship a finished tech-pack with measurements, fabrics, and BOM. We quote, sample in 7 days, and run production. Fastest path from brief to bulk for established brands.
Send hand sketches or a flat-drawing PDF plus a 1-pager brief on fabric and fit. Our pattern desk drafts the full tech-pack, you approve, then we sample.
Bring a Pinterest board, color story, or 3–5 reference photos. We propose 3 silhouette directions from the catalog, you pick one, then we develop a fresh pattern around your aesthetic.

No core process leaves our floor. High-speed flatlock and cover-stitch sewing lines, in-house sublimation print room, heat-transfer room, and dedicated embroidery — all under one roof, with QC sitting on the same floor as the line. Sample turnarounds don’t wait on outside suppliers; a pattern adjustment is a same-day fix.

Any factory that can power on a machine can technically run 50 pieces. Most decline low MOQs not because the machinery balks, but because their planners would rather wait for the 5,000-piece order. We publish per-SKU MOQs because small batches are already inside our normal scheduling rhythm — you don’t need to negotiate that line.
