Four fabrics, four construction techniques — mesh-panel hybrid is about airflow during hot yoga, and the bonded-gusset crotch is about no-flash coverage.

Fabric handles the surface story (compression, airflow, hand-feel). Construction handles the no-flash, no-gape, no-sag story (gusset, bra-shelf, pressure-bonded seams). A romper that holds up through 30 hot-yoga washes needs both layers locked at tech-pack stage.

Rompers share the one-piece sizing constraint with jumpsuits — knowing these limits before briefing saves time on briefs we'll decline.

  • ✕ Formal cocktail rompers and playsuits — structured linings, invisible zippers, and non-stretch formal fabric handling are a different vendor segment.
  • ✕ 100% nylon fast-fashion — without spandex recovery, the romper loses shape within 30 washes; not aligned with activewear positioning or our fabric range.

Yes. As long as each SKU hits the 50-unit floor, a single PO can mix rompers with leggings, tanks, sports bras, or jumpsuits. Mixed shipments leave the warehouse on one master AWB.

Bra-pad pocket is optional at tech-pack stage — choose pre-loaded pads, empty pocket for buyer-installed pads, or no shelf at all. Two versions of the same silhouette can run on one PO with separate SKU codes.

Torso length adjusts in half-inch increments to match petite, regular, and tall blocks. Gusset depth is tunable for low-rise or high-waist silhouettes. All pattern modifications confirmed at tech-pack stage and locked once PP sample is approved.

Standard grade runs XS-3XL (1X-4X). Pattern is curve-engineered, not linearly scaled — bra-shelf reinforced, gusset re-cut, and seam allowance increased on plus blocks for true plus-fit performance.

Stock-program holds three core silhouettes in three colorways each. Replenishment ships within 5 business days for orders against held stock; custom-color or out-of-program SKUs follow full bulk lead-time of 30-45 days.

Yes. Mixed-SKU drop kits ship with pre-folded layout, branded poly mailers, and barcode-scanned pack lists. Direct DC consolidation supported for retail and wholesale partners on request.
