Yoga apparel dropshipping. Our warehouse, your brand on every shipment.
Run the numbers first: zero stock held, highest cost per unit, downside capped at exactly nothing — the correct trade while demand is unproven. Blank inventory + Shopify / WooCommerce auto-sync + private packaging + optional US/EU warehouse, and your end customer never sees Yogavendor.
Order in, parcel out — the loop that runs without you.
Once integrated, the flow runs hands-off. You only review at two checkpoints: integration test and first order. After that, orders flow automatically; you watch the dashboard.
Connect store
Shopify app / WooCommerce plugin / Etsy CSV / direct API. Test connection with a sample order in sandbox mode.
Customer orders on your site
Order data flows into our system within minutes (API) or end-of-day (CSV).
We pick + pack
Pulled from blank stock or your custom-printed inventory. Your polybag + hangtag applied. Shipping label printed in your customer's name.
Ship direct to customer
DHL / FedEx / USPS / EU local couriers via 3PL. Tracking number returned to your store automatically.
End customer unboxes your brand
No Yogavendor branding visible. Returns route to your address (or ours, configurable).
If you want larger fixed batches instead of one-off ships, see wholesale program.
Integration effort scales with order count — API, plugin, or CSV.
Not every store needs full API. Small shops use plugins; mid-size shops use API; startups can run on CSV upload. We support all three.
REST API, real-time sync.
Order created on your store → our system within 60 seconds → fulfillment starts. Tracking returns within 24h. Best for Shopify Plus, custom builds, headless commerce.
Shopify App / WooCommerce Plugin.
Install from Shopify App Store or WP Plugin Marketplace. Map our SKUs to yours. Auto-fulfillment toggle. Best for standard Shopify / WooCommerce stores.
Daily CSV email or dashboard upload.
Email orders.csv to [email protected] or upload via dashboard. We process within business hours. Best for Etsy, just-launched DTC, hobby stores.
Ship from China or use US/EU warehouse? Your customers decide.
Customers in EU/US: direct ship is 7-15 days, 3PL warehouse is 2-5 days. Cost differs accordingly. Choose by margin and customer expectation.
China Direct (Guangzhou)
- Best for
- Global customers, lower-cost positioning
- Lead time
- 7-15 days
- Cost
- Lower per-order shipping
Trade-off: longer transit, customs may surface in some lanes
US Warehouse (3PL partner)
- Best for
- US customers, premium-positioned brands
- Lead time
- 2-5 days
- Cost
- Higher (warehouse fee + domestic shipping)
Trade-off: requires inventory pre-positioning (committed stock)
EU Warehouse (3PL partner)
- Best for
- EU customers, post-GPSR compliance brands
- Lead time
- 2-5 days
- Cost
- Higher
Trade-off: GPSR responsible-person designation handled by 3PL on request
Hybrid Routing
- Best for
- Scaled brands with mixed customer geography
- Logic
- Orders auto-route — US customers → US warehouse, EU → EU, rest → Guangzhou
- Cost
- Moderate, optimized per zone
Trade-off: requires routing rules in our system + your store
Replenishment math: how routed inventory stays ahead of your sales curve.
Dropshipping removes your inventory risk but not the inventory problem — it just moves it to us, and to the replenishment pipe between Guangzhou and the 3PL shelves. Here is the loop that keeps a routed SKU sellable.
Velocity is tracked per SKU, per warehouse
The dashboard's projected-stockout date isn't decoration — it's computed from your trailing order velocity at each stocking point separately. A colorway can be healthy in the EU and ten days from empty in the US at the same time.
Replenishment triggers are sized against the pipe
Restock for a 3PL shelf has to leave Guangzhou before days-of-stock falls below the 7–15 day transit window plus a safety buffer. Trigger too late and your premium 2–5 day promise quietly degrades to a China-direct timeline for two weeks.
Pre-positioning batches are sized, not guessed
Committed stock in a US or EU warehouse carries storage cost per unit per month, so the batch size is set where roughly one replenishment cycle of expected sales is on the shelf — large enough to absorb a demand spike, small enough that a slow month doesn't bury margin in storage fees.
The long tail never gets pre-positioned
Slow movers and test designs stay on Guangzhou-direct fulfillment deliberately. The few customers who order them wait 7–15 days; you carry zero committed stock on designs that haven't earned shelf space yet. Hybrid routing handles the split automatically.
White-label packaging — what we do and don't.
Your custom polybag with print
Full color, suffocation warning, FNSKU label if FBA-bound.
Your hangtag, your card insert
Die-cut shape, foil, premium card stock all supported.
Returns address override
Printed return label can route to your address or our warehouse.
No Yogavendor on the parcel
No branding, no "made in China" sticker beyond legal minimum, no factory tag visible to end customer.
No marketing inserts from us
No upsell flyers, no Yogavendor coupons. Your brand experience stays clean.
Returns, quality, and monthly reconciliation.
The hard part of dropshipping isn't shipping — it's returns and reconciliation. Here's our approach.
Returns
End customer return → goes to your address (default) or our warehouse (configurable).
We don't restock returned items into shared blank inventory; returns to our warehouse get re-QC'd and either returned to your inventory or routed to a B-stock channel per your instruction.
Quality control
Every dropship order spot-checked at pack station: garment integrity, label placement, polybag print clarity, address correctness.
Defect-rate logged in monthly reconciliation report.
Monthly reconciliation
Dashboard shows: orders shipped / returns / refunds / current inventory level / projected stockout dates.
CSV download for accounting; numbers reconcile with your store's order log within ±1 unit.
When dropshipping stops being your cheapest option — and what to do about it.
Per-unit, dropshipping is the most expensive way to buy apparel — you're paying us to hold stock, pick single pieces, and ship parcels one at a time. That's a fair trade while demand is unproven. Once an SKU sells predictably, the economics flip, and the honest move is to tell you so.
Stay on dropship while demand is a hypothesis
New store, untested designs, seasonal experiments — single-piece fulfillment caps your downside at exactly zero unsold units. No batch decision can compete with that while you don't yet know what sells.
Graduate a hero SKU once reorders are predictable
A wholesale pilot opens at just 50 pieces per style per colour. On a basic-spec legging that buys you into a $7.40–$8.20 FOB band — and the curve keeps falling, reaching $5.20–$6.30 once cumulative volume crosses 1,000 pieces. For a SKU you already know turns weekly, that spread is pure recovered margin.
Run the hybrid most scaled stores end up with
Heroes bought wholesale and pre-positioned at the 3PL; the long tail and every new test design left on dropship. Same dashboard, same packaging, two cost structures — each applied where it wins.
Don't buy a wholesale batch to "save money" on an unproven design
A discount on units that never sell is not a discount. We'd rather keep you on per-piece fulfillment than ship you a carton that becomes your storage problem.
