Color — Pantone or Hex
Custom color from 300 pcs per colorway. Lab-dip approval before bulk. Pantone reference or hex code accepted — we match within ΔE tolerance confirmed upfront.
Decoration — Four Methods
Embroidery (chest / sleeve / back), sublimation, DTG, and silicone heat-transfer — all in-house. Method recommendation included in your quote based on fabric base and artwork placement.
Neckline — Rib Height and Zip Length
Ribbed crew height, mock collar height, quarter-zip pull length, and V-notch depth all adjustable on tech-pack. Specify in cm — "high" and "low" create revision cycles.
Hem & Cuff — Rib, Banded, or Raw Edge
Ribbed hem/cuff is standard. Banded hem available for oversized silhouettes. Raw-edge finish on cropped cuts. Custom cuff width on tech-pack request.

Not every sweatshirt brief belongs in this factory. Read the hard limits — it saves a week of back-and-forth if your brief falls outside what we cut well.
- No reproduction of branded cuts (Champion Reverse Weave, Carhartt K87, Nike Tech Fleece etc.). Bring your own silhouette intent — a proportional reference is fine, a request to clone a registered design is not.
- No 100% cotton commodity-grade sweatshirts. Single-jersey cotton won't hold consistent wash appearance past 20 cycles. That's a different supply chain — not ours.
- No vintage college-wear specialty builds — distressed fleece, raglan seams with retro proportions, or cracking screen-print effects. Wrong factory for that process and aesthetic.
- No under-scoped production runs. When the cut-and-sew cost math doesn't hold, the wholesale program has a sample-and-test track from your first enquiry.
- We will adjust rib collar height, sleeve cuff width, hem length, zip type, and pocket placement from your tech-pack. And our OEM/ODM program handles entirely new silhouettes from pattern-up.
