A Size Chart Is a Promise — Wholesale Crew Neck Sweatshirts Pre-Shrunk to Keep It
Pick a fleece weight on the selector and tell us how oversized the fit runs — the dye lot is pre-shrunk before cutting, so the chart you print is the chart your customer measures.
300–400 GSM Brushed Fleece

SKU-Level Order Planning
Color + cut + size run = 1 SKU. No hidden stack minimums by decoration method or channel.
In-House Decoration
Embroidery, sublimation, DTG, and silicone heat-transfer all done on-site. No outsourced print vendor.
Fabric Test Reports
Certified fabric rolls for skin-contact safety. Documents available with your sample package.
When the studio cools down, the cut does the talking — one silhouette per wearing occasion.
Without a hood, neckline construction and fabric weight carry all the visual identity. Whether your buyer is a yoga studio owner stocking warm layers, an athleisure boutique, or a gym brand adding casual tops, the cut below maps to the use case. For hooded styles, see our custom hoodies page — drawcord spec, CPSC compliance, and YKK hardware are handled separately there.
Crewneck (Classic)
Round neckline, ribbed collar/cuff/hem. The baseline cut — highest reorder volume, widest colorway range, any GSM.
Any GSM

Fleece weight decides the season. Pick the base that fits your buyer.
We stock four fleece bases. Weight affects warmth, drape, retail price-point, and perceived quality on a hanger. Specify GSM range in your brief — we can send a fabric swatch for touch approval before bulk confirmation.

GSM · Premium Heavy

Cold-Weather DropCotton-poly blends available on request — durable, year-round, lower price point. Specify cotton content requirement in your brief.
Run the GSM bands as a calendar and the production math falls into place. A two-drop fleece year usually means booking the autumn weight while summer stock is still selling: pilot quantities of 50–300 pieces per style and colour carry a 5–6 week lead after sample sign-off, and the 300–1,000 band trims that to 4–5 weeks with an 8–12% unit discount. Sampling follows the same rhythm — a developed fleece sample lands in 7–10 days at USD 80–180, refunded in full once the program crosses 1,000 pieces. Brands that stagger French Terry in spring, mid brush for the all-year core, and heavy brush for the cold drop keep one dye program running instead of three colliding ones.
Between a heated studio and a cold car park — what a yoga sweatshirt has to survive
These properties are tuned specifically for yoga, studio downtime, and casual layering — not borrowed from outerwear or hoodie playbooks.
Premium French Terry & Brushed Fabric
Looped-back terry on the lighter end and double-brushed interiors on heavyweights. Soft hand-feel that survives commercial laundry cycles.
Relaxed Non-restrictive Fit
Generous armhole, set-in or drop shoulder, and longer body block. Designed to layer over a sports bra or tank without restricting forward fold or arm extension.
Breathable & Lightweight
Open-knit French terry constructions stay airy enough for warm-up flows and post-class commute layering. No clammy build-up after light cardio.
Wrinkle Resistant & Shape Retention
Pre-shrunk rolls and ribbed neck/cuff/hem hold structure through 30+ home wash cycles. Hangers stay clean for retail floors and DTC unboxings.
Neutral Tone & Custom Dye Option
Stocked oat, sage, sand, charcoal, and ink. Custom Pantone or hex dyes from 300 pcs per colorway with lab-dip approval before bulk.
Indoor yoga & lifestyle wholesale — not the windproof outdoor hoodie playbook
Our sweatshirt program serves studio downtime, post-class commute, and at-home lounge — distinctly different from technical hoodie sourcing aimed at outdoor or running buyers.
Fall & Winter Yoga Lifestyle Staple
Stock layering essentials for studio buyers and DTC brands during high-demand cool-weather drops. Predictable reorder velocity from Sept to Feb.
Full-Container Stock Wholesale
Pre-graded blanks in oat, sage, charcoal, and ink ready to ship within 7 business days. Ideal for retailers absorbing demand spikes.
Small-Batch Mixed-Color Private Label
Combine three colorways inside one compact pilot run. Friendly for indie yoga labels validating new palette directions before scaling.
Brand-Exclusive Block Tweaks
Adjust body length, shoulder drop, or rib height on your master block — locked to your account so re-orders ship on the identical fit.
Differentiated branding details — subtle, retail-ready, never logo-loud
Yoga buyers prefer quiet branding. The four touches below let your label look intentional without feeling like a printed merch tee.
Chest Logo Embroidery / Print
Tone-on-tone embroidery 5–8 cm wide or matte silicone heat-transfer for a near-invisible elevated finish.
Side-Hem Brand Tab
Fold-over woven tab on the lower side seam — visible only when the wearer moves. Premium signature loved by yoga lifestyle brands.
Custom Neck & Care Label
Woven main label, satin care label, or printed-on neck tag — full graphic and language control on every piece.
Brand Signature Color Set
Lock 2–4 dye recipes to your account so every reorder lands within the same ΔE band — no more tonal drift between drops.
From savasana to the school run — the moments your buyer is dressing for
Real on-body styling — studio bench, neighborhood café, lounge sofa, or low-impact training. Helps your retail team pitch the right occasion to end-shoppers.
Studio Downtime
Layered over a sports bra during savasana or pre-class warm-up. Mid GSM crewneck or oversized works best.
Café & Commute
Cropped or quarter-zip paired with high-rise leggings — the post-class coffee uniform sells through fastest in autumn.
At-Home Lounge
Heavy brushed fleece in oversized cut for weekend mornings. Your loungewear set tied together with a soft pant.
Light Training Layer
Half-zip mock or quarter-zip for pilates, low-impact cardio warm-up, and outdoor stretch sessions in mild weather.
Same block, different winter — the spec calls a fleece tech-pack owns.
Every wholesale sweatshirt order can be dialed in across four variables without a new pattern. A plain sketch plus measurement notes is enough to confirm the spec before we cut a sample.
Proportion — Body Length, Shoulder Drop, Cuff Width
All five master blocks accept proportion notes without a new pattern fee. The drop-shoulder amount is the one buyers underestimate — two centimetres separates relaxed from sloppy on a heavy knit.
Surface — Loop-Back, Light Brush, or Deep Brush
The interior face is a season decision as much as the GSM: loop-back breathes for shoulder-season drops, while a deep-brushed face adds loft and perceived warmth at the same weight class.
Neckline — Rib Height and Zip Length
Ribbed crew height, mock collar height, quarter-zip pull length, and V-notch depth all adjustable on tech-pack. Specify in cm — "high" and "low" create revision cycles.
Hem & Cuff — Rib, Banded, or Raw Edge
Ribbed hem/cuff is standard. Banded hem available for oversized silhouettes. Raw-edge finish on cropped cuts. Custom cuff width on tech-pack request.
By the tenth wash, fleece tells the truth — the construction calls that decide what it says.
Heavy knits punish shortcuts. Our standing fleece base (library code F09) is an 82% polyester / 18% spandex brushed knit running 260–340 g/m² with A+ opacity — and the spandex content is the part most buyers miss. Cotton-rich fleece relaxes and bags at the elbow within a season; the 18% spandex keeps cuff and body recovery alive through the garment's life. Around that base, five decisions get specified on every order:
| Decision | What We Spec | What Happens If It's Skipped |
|---|---|---|
| Rib-to-body stretch ratio | Collar, cuff, and hem ribs are cut to a fixed percentage of the body opening, tuned per GSM band — heavier bodies need proportionally firmer rib | Collar that gapes after a month, or cuffs that strangle the wrist on a 340-GSM body |
| Brushing depth | Brushing passes are set against a pilling target, verified on a Martindale rub test at fabric approval | Deep-brushed surface feels luxurious in the unboxing and pills into felt by wash ten |
| Compaction / pre-shrink | All fleece rolls are compacted before cutting; residual shrinkage is measured per lot and must land inside the tolerance on the tech-pack | The classic "it fit before I washed it" review — lethal for DTC fleece programs |
| Shoulder stabilising tape | Twill or self-fabric tape inside the shoulder seam on every cut above 260 GSM, because fleece weight pulls the seam line down over time | Shoulder seams migrating toward the bicep on hangers within one retail season |
| Hem strategy by cut | Ribbed hem on classic cuts, banded on oversized, stay-stitched raw edge on cropped — each locked at pattern stage | Raw-edge crops that curl unevenly and oversized hems that flare like a skirt |
One commercial anchor so you can budget before talking to us: hoodless fleece in the pilot quantity band opens at USD 11.40–13.20 per unit FOB on basic specs — mid-volume figures sit on the pricing page, and weight above 360 GSM is quoted as its own line. EU lifestyle labels, FBA restockers, boutique networks, and studio uniform programs all order from these same blocks — representative partner snapshots are kept on the wholesale yoga apparel hub.
What our five inspection gates look for when the fabric is 300 grams a metre.
Gate 1 — Roll Weight & Shrink
Each incoming roll is weighed and wash-tested. A roll arriving light cheats your customer on warmth; one arriving un-compacted cheats them on fit.
Gate 2 — Panel Shade & Nap
Brushed surfaces reflect light directionally, so all panels of one garment are cut nap-aligned from one roll. Mixed nap reads as two-tone in shop lighting.
Gate 3 — Inline Seam Load
Roving inspectors stretch-test rib joins and shoulder tape at the machine. Heavy fleece magnifies any thread-tension error into a popped seam.
Gate 4 — Measure After Rest
Fleece relaxes after sewing, so garments rest before measurement against the graded chart — measuring straight off the machine flatters the numbers.
Gate 5 — AQL 2.5 + Decoration
Final statistical sampling plus a wash-and-rub check on decorated pieces — embroidery puckering and transfer lift are category-killers on fleece.
Grading an oversized block is not grading a classic block harder.
Two grading traps live in this category. First: an oversized or drop-shoulder silhouette already carries built-in ease, so applying a standard grade across XS–3XL produces a 3XL that is comically wide while barely longer — on our oversized block, half-chest grows on a reduced increment in the upper sizes while body and sleeve length grow on a fuller one, keeping the boxy proportion the buyer actually merchandised. Second: cropped cuts grade their hem position by torso proportion, not by a fixed distance from the neck — the crop line should land at the same point on every body in the size run. Both rules are baked into the five master blocks, and both are checked on sewn garments at the ends of the size run, not just at the base size.

Five details that speed up a fleece quote
The fastest sweatshirt quotes start with three things: your chosen cut, a fleece weight target (GSM or simply the season you're dropping), and per-SKU units. A tech-pack helps but isn't expected yet.
- Cut preference — crewneck, quarter-zip, cropped, oversized, or half-zip mock
- Target fleece weight or season (spring/fall/cold-weather drop)
- Quantity per SKU and number of colorways you plan to run
- Decoration method — embroidery, print, or no decoration
- Target in-hands date or shipping window
